This end grain cutting board is hand made from solid maple and walnut wood to make a brick pattern. Even the “grout” (dark colored walnut wood in the pattern) is end grain which is an extra level of detail and craftsmanship. This is done through a careful process of combining parts from multiple end grain boards. The board is then hand sanded down to an incredibly smooth finish. The laborious process requires a specific attention to detail that delivers an amazing final product.

The end grain presents a beautiful natural pattern in the wood that you will never grow tired of looking at.

All materials used are FDA approved food safe including a food safe adhesive to combine the wood and a food safe finishing oil.
